Employees’ State Insurance Corporation proposes to fill up the teaching faculty positions in 03 ESIC Medical Education Institutions located at (i) Gulbarga (Karnataka), (ii) Joka (West Bengal) & (iii) Chennai (Tamil Nadu) on regular basis by Direct Recruitment.

Pay Scale :
Professor : PB-4 (37400 – 67000) with G.P. of Rs.8700/- plus Non Practicing Allowance.
Associate Professor : PB-3 (15600 – 39100) with G.P. of Rs.7600/- plus Non Practicing Allowance.
Assistant Professor : PB-3 (15600 – 39100) with G.P. of Rs.6600/- plus Non Practicing Allowance (for medical candidates only)

Age Limit (For all the above Posts) : 50 years (Relaxation as per Government Rules)Other Benefits : In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for DA, NPA, HRA and Transport Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. ESIC traditionally looks after its employees well accordingly facilities for reimbursement of entertainment, mobile, telephone, internet, newspapers etc. are available. Other facilities like Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Encashment of Earned Leave, advances for various purposes etc. are also available as per scheme of the Corporation.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made on the basis of interview which will be conducted by the Selection Board. The interview will be held (i) at Kolkata for ESIC Medical College, Joka, (ii) at Chennai for ESIC Medical College, Chennai and (iii) either at Bangalore or at Gulburga for ESIC Medical College, Gulburga. However ESIC reserves the right to change the centre, if need be.
Application fee : Rs.225/- for General and OBC Candidates (NO fee for SC/ST/PH/EX-SM/Female/Department Candidates) – DD in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. I’, drawn on any scheduled bank payable at ‘New Delhi’
